marathon.
(half marathon, rather) preparations keeping me busy as I’m traveling to Philadelphia to run 14 miles this Sunday . No particular incentive to compete in the marathon except, i guess, self-fulfillment.
I want to use this opportunity to spread the word about Children international, where i have been a sponsor for over 3 years now.

14 Miles is a lot. Did you manage to finish ?
I would say to complete 14 miles you should be hitting atleast 30 miles/week in training.

On race days, 3-4 miles can be completed just on adrenalin. Its the middle stage that I had issues with after a while, very warm day and complete dehydration. But its all good when you finish it and get to Bondi Beach and the water is f***ing freezing
We should catch up on common ground sometime and run a marathon together
